I have this sneaking suspicion that McCain's Veep choice is made of WIN. The Veep debates are going to be interesting this year.

I'm inclined to agree. She hits all the right buttons and I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if she pulls in some Hillary sheep that were only voting for her because she was a woman.

Biden is a safe and boring VP, unlikely to change anyone's opinion one way or another. Palin is much more sensational, but VP debates are where she is going to get destroyed. She doesn't even know what McCain's Iraq strategy is. The only way she can hang on is if she's impervious to facts and good at maintaining delusional confidence in her own gaping inadequacies so that uninformed voters won't know truth when it smacks them in the face.
